Colin was friendly, professional, and explained everything clearly—what needed to be fixed, how long it would take, and what the cost would be. After the installation, he went above and beyond by performing a tune up on my garage and lubricated all of the hinges, bearings and rollers and also readjusted the chain which had too much slack. And to top it all off, he replaced the operator bracket with a much more sturdy reinforced bracket! The repair was done quickly and efficiently, and my garage door works like new again! It’s even much more quieter than before. The price was very reasonable, especially considering the quality of service I received.
